We are Amarilla, the iconic premium spot Terrigal beach Spanish tapas restaurant .

With a vibrant Spanish menu and vast range of drinks and wine options, supplier relationships and fantastic team led by a committed and well known owner. We have been operating for just over a year and have quickly established ourselves as relax and vibrant restaurant destination. We operate over a 5-day roster with lunch and dinner services.

We are seeking a skilled bartender/waiter/waitress to work alongside our l team, real passion for food innovation and delivering excellence in customer service at all times. highly motivated team players with strong knowledge and interest in food and beverage and must have a positive attitude to excel.





The ideal candidate will possess at least 1-2 years experience in a similar role and:

Strong food and drinks knowledge needed, but a customer first focus is what we are looking for above all

Strong attention to detail

Exemplary personal presentation and hygiene
