Casual Position

Glow Aesthetics is looking for a qualified and experienced casual Beauty & Laser Therapist to join our growing team in Tahmoor.

We are seeking someone who is professional, confident and warm, with a genuine passion for skin, laser and delivering an exceptional client experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of the Glow Aesthetics team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments, providing knowledgeable client consultations and recommendations, and maintaining the professional standards of our clinic.

Duties will include:

- Advanced facial and skin treatments
- Laser hair reduction
- Laser facial and skin treatments
- Skin needling
- Brows, waxing, lash tints and lash lifts
- In-depth skin and laser consultations
- Developing personalised treatment plans for clients
- Providing appropriate skincare and treatment recommendations
- Retail skincare and treatment sales
- Rebooking clients and supporting client retention
- Working towards individual and clinic sales targets
- Maintaining accurate client records
- Treatment room preparation, cleaning and maintaining high hygiene standards
- Assisting with general day-to-day clinic duties

ABOUT YOU The successful candidate will:
- Hold aDiploma of Beauty Therapy




- Have previous experience working within a professional beauty, skin or laser clinic
- Be confident performing skin and laser treatments independently
- Have robust consultation and client communication skills
- Be confident recommending and selling skincare, treatment programs and packages based on the client's individual needs
- Be comfortable working towards clinic and sales targets
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Have strong attention to detail and take pride in their work
- Be reliable, organised and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Have a professional, warm and confident manner
- Maintain exceptional personal presentation and grooming at all times
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and client care
- Be willing to undertake additional training and ongoing professional development as required

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships with clients and wants to become part of a professional, supportive and growing clinic.
