We’re looking for a confident and experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to join our friendly team at Essential Beauty Penrith.

If you’re great with clients, confident with waxing (especially Brazilians), enjoy a busy salon and take pride in delivering outstanding results, we’d love to hear from you.

Located in the heart of Westfield Penrith, with opportunities to work across our sister salons in Westfield Parramatta and Rouse Hill Town Centre, this role offers variety, flexibility, and genuine career growth within a supportive and well-established business.

About the Role

You’ll be providing a range of beauty services, with waxing being a key part of the role, including:

- Brazilian and speed waxing
- General waxing
- Facials and skin treatments
- Eye enhancements including lash lifts and tinting
- Body piercing
- Beauty consultations and product recommendations
- Creating a great experience for every client

We’re looking for someone who is confident working independently, enjoys building a loyal client base and is motivated to achieve both personal and salon goals.

What We’re Looking For

- Qualified Beauty Therapist – Diploma, Cert III or Cert IV
- Strong waxing experience, particularly Brazilian waxing
- Ideally 2+ years’ salon experience
- Confident, friendly and professional with clients
- Motivated and comfortable working towards KPIs




- Reliable and a great team player
- Available for weekend work
- Thursday night availability is also desirable
- Body piercing experience is a bonus, but training can be provided
