We are seeking experienced Counter Managers and Qualified Beauty Therapists to deliver luxurious, qualified beauty treatments and personalised skincare consultations, ensuring exceptional client care and treatment outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced beauty professional who thrives on building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and creating memorable customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver luxurious, professional beauty treatments and personalised skincare consultations, ensuring exceptional client care and treatment outcomes

- Build long-term client relationships through tailored treatment plans, product recommendations, follow-up contact and proactive rebooking

- Achieve retail sales and treatment targets through consultative selling, customer education, and new client acquisition

- Maintain expert knowledge of skincare treatments, products, industry trends and brand offerings through ongoing training and development

- Provide an outstanding customer experience by delivering personalised service, supporting in-store events and maintaining premium presentation standards

- Collaborate effectively with store and brand teams, sharing insights and contributing to a positive team culture

- Support day-to-day operations including stock management, visual merchandising, POS transactions, housekeeping and compliance with all company and WHS requirements





About you

- A Beauty Therapy qualification (Certificate IV, Diploma or equivalent) – for the Beauty Therapist role

- Previous experience performing professional beauty treatments within a clinic, salon, spa or retail environment
- A passion for skincare, beauty and helping clients achieve outstanding results

- Strong retail sales skills with a proven ability to achieve targets

- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities

- Excellent communication, consultation and organisational skills
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving results

- High standards of personal presentation and demonstration techniques
- For the Counter Manager role, experience managing a small team
