About the role

Giant Glenelg is looking for an experienced Bike Mechanic to join our team, with a role that combines workshop work with customer service and sales.

Key responsibilities

- Servicing and repairing all types of bikes
- Building and preparing current bikes
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and providing solutions
- Assisting customers with bikes, components and accessories
- Supporting sales on the shop floor
- Managing workshop jobs and ordering service parts
- Maintaining a clean, organised workshop

About you

- 2–3 years' bike workshop experience preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and attention to detail
- Enjoy helping customers and sharing your knowledge
- Interested in bikes, products and the latest technology




- Well organised and a good team player
- Willing to learn and develop your skills
- Able to work a flexible roster, including weekends
