Branch Administrator

Port Macquarie, NSW At Flick Anticimex, we're looking for an organised and proactive Branch Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our Port Macquarie branch.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with the Branch Manager and wider team to ensure the branch runs smoothly, customers receive exceptional service, and key administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.

What you'll be doing

- Supporting the day-to-day administration of the branch
- Assisting with customer enquiries and resolving escalations
- Processing customer credits and account adjustments
- Managing branch compliance and administrative records
- Organising toolbox meetings and tracking actions
- Supporting service reporting and branch documentation
- Assisting with accounts administration tasks
- Shadowing and supporting scheduling activities as required
- Working closely with technicians, customer service teams and branch leadership

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in an administration,



office support or operations administration role
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable dealing with customer enquiries and complaints professionally
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems

- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a rapid-paced environment
- A positive and proactive attitude
