About the Opportunity n Due to continued growth, we're seeking an experienced BMS Technician to join our high-performing Queensland Service Team based in Brisbane.

n This role is ideal for a seasoned BMS professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working across diverse customer sites, and building trusted relationships with clients. You'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimising sophisticated building automation systems that support mission-critical operations.

Key Responsibilities n
- n
- Perform service, maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on Building Management Systems (BMS) and associated HVAC control systemsn
- Diagnose and resolve complex system and communication faultsn
- Deliver contract servicing and reactive breakdown supportn
- Conduct system performance analysis and optimisationn
- Prepare quotations and manage small upgrade projectsn
- Commission and validate control system modificationsn
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships through technical expertise and responsive servicen
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company and industry standardsn

About You n We're looking for an experienced technician who is passionate about technology, customer service, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

- Minimum 3 years' post-apprenticeship experience in Building Automation, BMS, or Building Controlsn




- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and mechanical servicesn
- Experience diagnosing and servicing BMS controls and field devicesn
- Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect Licence (essential)n
- Strong IT, networking, and system integration skillsn
- Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding capabilityn
- A proactive approach to safety and continuous improvementn
- Current Australian Driver's Licencen
