About the Role

Mobile Blasting is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Blaster / Painter to join our growing team in Kelmscott, Western Australia.

This is a part-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week, and a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the blasting and protective coatings industry. The role involves working across a variety of job sites, so we're looking for someone who is flexible and enjoys variety in their work.

Willingness to travel to regional areas outside the Perth metro area is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will be confident in both abrasive blasting and spray painting, and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

What You'll Be Doing

- Carrying out high-quality blasting and spray-painting work across a range of mining, industrial, and commercial equipment and infrastructure
- Maintaining a safe and productive worksite by following all health and safety requirements
- Contributing ideas and actively participating in the improvement of day-to-day processes and procedures

What We're Looking For





- Proven experience in abrasive blasting and industrial painting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a hands-on, outdoor workplace
- Experience working on mining, industrial, or commercial projects is highly regarded
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to various work sites, including occasional regional and remote projects
