Peel Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Boilermakers for upcoming FIFO shutdown work.

About the Role

- FIFO from Perth
- Shutdown work
- Various WA mine sites
- Upcoming mobilisation dates
- Competitive hourly rates
- Day and night shifts may be available

Duties

- Fixed plant maintenance and repairs
- Structural steel repairs and modifications
- Welding, cutting, grinding and fabrication
- Chute, screen, conveyor and plant repairs
- Reading and interpreting drawings
- Removal and installation of components
- Working safely within shutdown timeframes
- Following all site and workplace safety procedures

Requirements

- Trade qualified Boilermaker
- Previous FIFO shutdown experience highly regarded




- Fixed plant or mining experience preferred
- Robust welding and fabrication skills
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets where required
- White Card
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screen
- Ability to provide relevant site documentation and tickets
- Reliable, safety-focused and available for shutdown mobilisation

Pay Rate starting from $60.00 , depending on experience, site and shift.
