As the Bottle Shop Manager, you'll have passion for creating eye-catching stock setups, energize your team, and foster a friendly atmosphere for customers.

With your experience working in a buying group banner, you'll build genuine connections with our key supplier and customers to ensure every customer and supplier leaves with a smile.

About you and your skills

· You have experience in working in a bottle shop workplace and want to learn about our products and grow with us

· You’re social, enjoy chatting with people, and are all about delivering an awesome customer experience

· You're great at admin tasks like payroll, rostering,



ordering and managing liquor inventory, and ensuring everything remains well-organised and visually appealing in the store.

. You have experience in managing key supplier core range compliance and promotions

· Hitting store goals and boosting sales gets you excited

. You will also be responsible for Hotel liquor orders, stocktakes and variances.

· You have an RSA certification

Step up your liquor knowledge through our learning modules and regular in-store supplier visits and tastings where you’ll get the first look at new release items.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Experience

- Bottle Shop: 2 years (Preferred)
- Supervisory: 3 years (Required)
