Our flagship North Sydney store is Australia's first RIEDEL Boutique, showcasing premium glassware from all three brands in a unique retail environment.

About the Role

We're looking for an engaging and customer-focused Casual Sales Assistant to join our Boutique team every Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Working alongside the Boutique Manager, you'll assist customers with product selection and purchases, while helping maintain the exceptional presentation standards of the store.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.

- Assist with product selection and recommendations.

- Process sales using the POS system.

- Develop product knowledge across RIEDEL, SPIEGELAU and NACHTMANN.

- Maintain store displays and presentation, including washing and polishing glassware.

- Replenish stock and assist with deliveries and stocktakes.

- Wrap and package customer purchases.

- Assist with general day-to-day Boutique operations.

About You:

You'll ideally have





- Previous customer service experience in retail or hospitality.

- A confident, friendly and professional approach.

- An interest in wine, premium retail, design or homewares.

- Strong attention to detail and pride in store presentation.

- A reliable, proactive and hands-on attitude.

- An enthusiasm for learning about our products.

- Availability to work every Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Experience in premium retail, wine, hospitality or homewares would be an advantage but isn't essential. Full product training will be provided.
