As we continue to grow, we are seeking a confident and steady Branch Manager to lead our Sunshine branch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment, builds strong relationships, and leads with consistency and professionalism.

What We Offer

Key Responsibilities As Branch Manager, you will:

- Proactively manage and grow existing customer accounts, while identifying new business opportunities
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and suppliers
- Support the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations and team leadership
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Address customer inquiries and efficiently handle telephone sales transactions




- Contribute to a high-performance sales culture through your leadership and initiative

What We're Looking For As Branch Manager, you will:

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4
- Manage daily branch operations, workflow, and customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS requirements, and industry regulations
- Oversee stock control, logistics coordination, and branch presentation
- Support front-counter and phone-based customer enquiries
- Drive branch performance through leadership, initiative, and accountability

What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

- Leadership experience in an operational, warehouse, logistics, or service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, self-motivated, and steady leadership style
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- A passion for customer service and relationship management
- Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving
- Proficiency in business systems and tools
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
