About the role

As Branch Manager at Trimech, you'll take ownership of the overall operational, financial and people performance of your branch.

Key responsibilities

- Lead, manage and develop your team

- Keep jobs and schedules moving

- Quote HVAC/R and associated works

- Make sure jobs are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably

- Keep an eye on margins and productivity

- Build strong relationships with existing customers

- Identify new opportunities and help grow the branch

- Oversee stock and day-to-day branch operations

- Work alongside the broader management team

- Look for better ways to do things

Ideally, you'll:

Have Air Conditioning/Refrigeration and/or Electrical trade experience

Know how to lead, motivate and develop people

Understand jobs, margins and profitability





Be organised and able to keep multiple things moving

Be comfortable dealing with customers

Be confident making decisions

Spot problems — and preferably solve them before they become bigger problems

Have solid computer skills

Hold a current driver's licence

Hold a current ARCtick licence where applicable
