With around 30 stores across Australia and a growing presence across South-East Asia, Forcast continues to build on a heritage of considered design and everyday wearability. Our digital division is expanding, and this role sits at the centre of how the brand shows up across every channel.

What you’ll be doing

- Draft and edit content across social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest
- Edit and prepare imagery and video content for use across campaigns and channels
- Design and create print and digital assets for Forcast's channels: retail, D2C website, marketplaces and more
- Assist with designing EDMs and editing website pages
- Support with PR outreach I Create monthly influencer lookbooks
- Support the team in identifying and recommending improvements to optimise digital performance
- Support creative photoshoots: concept visualisation and day-to-day operations
- Support the operations and logistics of ecommerce and campaign shoots, and produce content for social channels

What you’ll need:

- Experience :



no experience needed! We’re open to graduates and those early in their career. A portfolio that shows your design eye matters more!
- Skills: A strong visual sense and attention to detail, particularly around colour, layout and consistency. Comfortable working to brand guidelines and adapting assets across multiple formats and channels.
- Personality: Highly organised, detail-oriented and a genuine team player. Comfortable juggling several briefs at once and asking questions when something isn't clear.
- Familiarity: Working knowledge of social platforms and how content is built for each — what works on TikTok isn't what works on Pinterest.

Highly regarded

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Visual Design, Communications, Graphics or Marketing
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CapCut and/or Canva
- Basic video editing and short-form content production
- Exposure to fashion, retail or ecommerce
