The Role

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Automotive Salesperson / Brand Manager to join our team and take the next step in your career with one of Australia’s fastest-growing automotive dealership brands.

This dual-role position combines frontline sales with brand development, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and has a flair for marketing and brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

- Manage and grow the brand presence within the dealership and local market

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and industry trends





- Build and maintain solid customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business

- Coordinate with management and suppliers to ensure brand consistency

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in automotive sales

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Passion for cars and the automotive industry

- Ability to manage brand identity and marketing initiatives

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Valid driver’s licence
