ALLFENIX is growing fast, and the next stage of that growth happens on studio floors, not just online. We're building a dedicated role to get ALLFENIX into every Pilates studio in the country, starting in Melbourne. This is a ground-up, relationship-first role: part community builder, part brand ambassador, part content creator. If you know the Pilates world, you're already known in it or you love being the loudest person in the room, this is your role.

The role

As our Brand Partnerships Manager , you own every relationship ALLFENIX has with Pilates studios and instructors. You'll build genuine connections through gifting, in-person visits, digital outreach and events, turning strangers into loyal ALLFENIX advocates. You'll also be the face of that journey, documenting it on camera and bringing our community along for the ride.

What you'll do

Grassroots relationship building

- Visit Pilates studios in person to introduce ALLFENIX and gift product to instructors and staff
- Manage a quarterly seeding budget of product to give away, tracked against explicit KPIs
- Comment and engage on Pilates studio and instructor pages daily
- DM instructors and studios to open relationships and follow up on gifting
- Cold email studios to introduce ALLFENIX and open the door to partnership
- Keep an organised, up-to-date tracker of every studio and instructor contacted, gifted, and followed up with

Events & co-design





- Plan and run partnership events with Pilates studios
- Bring instructors into ALLFENIX HQ for focus groups, product feedback sessions and trial classes
- Involve instructors in the design and feedback process
- Represent ALLFENIX at studio events and community activations

Content & community

- Be camera-facing across studio visits, gifting drops, and events
- Document the journey for ALLFENIX's channels, bringing the community along in real time
- Work closely with the content team to turn studio and instructor relationships into content

Success in this role looks like

- Number of studios and instructors contacted, gifted and actively relationship-managed
- Growth in ALLFENIX's studio footprint, starting in Melbourne then across Australia
- Quality and consistency of the studio/instructor tracker
- Instructor involvement in product development and co-design
- Volume and quality of content generated from studio relationships
