Head Chef / Breakfast Chef

Full-time | Café | Daytime Hours

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Head Chef / Breakfast Chef to join our busy café team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced café environment and takes pride in delivering quality breakfast and café-style dishes.

About the role

- Lead and manage the kitchen on a daily basis
- Prepare and cook breakfast and café-style meals
- Maintain consistently high food quality and presentation
- Manage food preparation, stock levels and ordering
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards are maintained
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Train and support kitchen staff
- Contribute ideas to menus and daily specials

About you

- Previous experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef or experienced Breakfast Chef
- Strong breakfast and café cooking experience
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure




- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
- A positive attitude and ability to lead a team
- Passionate about good food and quality
