We, Hobby Lane Café, are looking for a experienced breakfast chef to join our friendly team.
The Role:
As our breakfast chef, you will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations including service cooking and prep. We are looking for someone with deep love of honest food.
What we are looking for:
- 1+ years in a leadership role in a kitchen (café, bistro)
- Robust culinary skills across breakfast, brunch and lunch service.
- A passion for seasonal ingredients, scratch cooking.
- Cookery qualification.
