Catalano & Co Baldivis is looking for a Breakfast Chef/Cook to join our team.

Valid work visa or appropriate work authorization in Australia is required for this position.

We are an Italian restaurant open 7 days a week, Breakfast -Lunch -Dinner.

We are looking for a Breakfast Chef/Cook who is competent on grill, pans & pass.

Breakfast experience is a must as well as being able to cook lunch services & be able to handle busy services. Minimum 1-2 years of commercial kitchen experience is required.

If you have creative knowledge & willing to contribute to specials or menu ideas we are interested in you.

We are a busy restaurant & heavy on pan work. Must be willing to learn our systems & implement changes if/when necessary.





We are interested in someone who expresses leadership qualities and can possibly be in charge of others in the kitchen & basic ordering of produce.

Prep work & knife skills are also required as it is all hands on deck within the kitchen.

Varying hours available - Up to 30/40 hours per week. Full availability is required- week days & weekend days, some nights might be required to fill in shifts. Shifts will generally be a set roster unless staff are on leave. Rosters are supplied 4-8 weekly.

Hourly rate/Salary is flexible/negotiable - depending on skill level.

Casual rate or full time work is offered.
