You'll take ownership of the store, mentor team members and ensure every client feels valued and understood.

This is a permanent full time role on a Tuesday-Saturday Roster. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop a small team, guiding them on their days and supporting their growth
- Personally connect with brides, delivering a warm, personalised appointment-based experience
- Ensure boutique standards are upheld, including dress presentation, styling, and repairs
- Manage inventory and stock processes, supported by your team
- Maintain boutique visual merchandising to reflect the brand's premium, curated aesthetic
- Build and nurture VIP client relationships, creating memorable experiences for every bride
- Be commercially minded while leading people, sales, and the overall boutique performance

Skills & Experience:

- Solid attention to detail and a natural sense of organisation
- Passion for fashion and bridal,



with an understanding of the emotional significance of a wedding dress
- Retail experience preferred (Not essential to have bridal experience)
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Ability to work well under pressure while remaining calm, polished, and professional
- Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop boutique staff
- Strong operational and administrative skills, including rostering, stock management, and day-to-day boutique operations
- Commercial acumen, with the ability to drive sales targets, KPIs, and overall boutique performance
- Sound decision-making skills to manage competing priorities across team, client, and operational demands
