Amy Jean Brow Agency is renowned for its team of Brow and Cosmetic Tattoo specialists. With five signature Brow Boutiques along Australia’s East Coast - located in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney CBD, Double Bay and Melbourne — our brand is dedicated to delivering luxury services across brows, lashes and cosmetic tattooing.

The Amy Jean Privée Collection, our exclusive brow range, was developed to meet the needs of our clients, allowing them to maintain and enhance their brows between salon visits.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Lash & Brow Artist and/or Cosmetic Tattooist to join our Brisbane team at our James Street salon in Fortitude Valley.

This is a casual position.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience across:

- Brow waxing, shaping and tinting

- Brow lamination

- Lash lifts

- Cosmetic tattoo (if qualified)

- Client consultations and personalised treatment recommendations

We are looking for someone who demonstrates exceptional personal presentation, strong attention to detail, artistic ability and a genuine passion for the beauty industry and client experience.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Lash & Brow Artist, your responsibilities will include:





- Conducting thorough client consultations

- Performing premium brow and lash treatments to Amy Jean Brow Agency standards

- Delivering an exceptional client experience

- Maintaining consistently high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and presentation

- Following salon policies, procedures and safety requirements

- Participating in team meetings and ongoing training

- Recommending retail products and working towards retail KPIs

- Taking direction from the Salon Director and wider leadership team

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Minimum two years’ experience in brow and lash treatments

- Confident in brow waxing, tinting, shaping, brow lamination and lash lifts

- Strong consultation and customer service skills

- Excellent attention to detail

- Professional and polished personal presentation

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

A qualification in Beauty Therapy or Makeup Artistry is preferred, however candidates with solid practical experience in beauty or makeup services will also be highly regarded.
