Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Building Estimator / Supervisor to join our Perth team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced estimator, building supervisor, insurance builder, restoration professional or qualified tradesperson looking to take the next step in their career. You will inspect damaged properties, prepare estimates and scopes of works, and coordinate repair outcomes across residential and commercial insurance claims

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site inspections to assess residential and commercial building damage.
- Prepare accurate repair estimates, quotations and scopes of works.
- Produce detailed causation and assessment reports.
- Interpret engineering and consultant reports and translate findings into repair solutions.
- Coordinate trades and suppliers to ensure efficient repairs.




- Build strong relationships with insurers, clients, customers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, legislation and building standards.
- Manage jobs within agreed KPI and service level requirement

About You

- Trade qualification, builder registration or relevant construction industry experience.
- Strong residential and/or commercial building knowledge.
- Experience preparing estimates, quotations or scopes of works.
- Excellent report writing, organisation and communication skills.
- Confidence using tablets, mobile devices and job management software.
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to work autonomously.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
