About the opportunities

We're currently recruiting across a number of Business Advisory, Tax and Private Client opportunities with firms offering different cultures, career paths, client portfolios and areas of specialisation. Depending on your experience and career goals, opportunities exist across:

Intermediate Accountant | Senior Accountant | Supervisor / Assistant Manager | Manager | Senior Manager | Principal

Our clients are particularly interested in professionals with Australian Public Practice experience working with private clients, including privately owned businesses, family groups, high-net-worth individuals and SME clients.

Your experience may include

- Business advisory and tax consulting
- Managing or supporting a portfolio of private clients
- Preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns
- Income tax, GST and other taxation matters
- Tax planning and business structuring
- Management reporting,



forecasting and commercial advisory
- Building strong relationships directly with clients
- Working closely with business owners on financial and strategic matters
- Mentoring and developing junior accountants
- Portfolio management, leadership and business development at more senior levels

The exact responsibilities will naturally depend on your experience, seniority and the opportunity that's right for you.

What we're looking for

We're interested in speaking with candidates who have:
- Experience within Australian Public Practice
- Exposure to private clients, business services, business advisory and/or taxation
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline
- CA/CPA qualification, progress towards qualification, or relevant experience depending on level
- Robust technical accounting and taxation knowledge appropriate to your level
- Good communication and client relationship skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- A genuine interest in developing your career within Public Practice

We're particularly keen to hear from experienced professionals who enjoy working directly with business owners and private clients and want to broaden their advisory exposure.
