/n Your Opportunity /n As a Business Analyst – Payments, you’ll play a critical role in delivering complex payments solutions across Cards and real-time payments. /n You’ll work closely with product, technology and client teams to define requirements, drive discovery and translate business needs into actionable outcomes that deliver value to our clients and their customers. /n You’ll make an impact by: /n /n

- Translating requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria

/n

- Producing high-quality artefacts including process maps, gap and impact analysis

/n

- Supporting delivery teams through refinement and solution design

/n

- Driving data validation, reconciliation and migration activities

/n

- Partnering with stakeholders across product, engineering and external clients

/n /n

/n Qualifications/n

/n

/n About you: /n You’re an experienced Business Analyst with deep payments expertise and the ability to navigate complex, enterprise environments. /n Must have experience: /n /n

- Strong experience in cards switch processing

/n

- Hands-on knowledge of AS2805 / ISO8583 messaging

/n

- Experience setting up debit, credit and prepaid card products

/n

- Solid understanding of dual message processing

/n

- Knowledge of card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, eftpos) and scheme compliance

/n





- Experience with New Payments Platform (NPP)

/n

- Understanding of PayID, PayTo, CoP and PACs messaging

/n

- Familiarity with SWIFT messaging standards

/n /n Key capabilities: /n /n

- Expert in requirements gathering and documentation

/n

- Strong experience in process mapping, gap analysis and technical specifications

/n

- Ability to lead workshops and drive stakeholder alignment

/n

- Proven experience working with technical teams in agile environments

/n

- Strong data analysis skills, including SQL and Oracle

/n /n Nice to have: /n /n

- Exposure to digital wallets and tokenisation

/n

- Experience with financial crime / fraud systems in Cards or NPP
