This is a business-focused BA role, not a deeply technical or data-heavy position. You will work closely with business owners, subject matter experts and delivery teams to understand how work is currently performed, uncover problems and opportunities, and turn your findings into clear, workable improvements.

You will be trusted to take ownership of initiatives from initial discovery through to implementation and transition into business as usual.

What you will be doing

- Engaging stakeholders across the organisation to understand business needs, challenges and opportunities
- Facilitating workshops, interviews and process-review sessions
- Mapping current-state processes and designing practical future-state improvements
- Conducting gap analysis and identifying dependencies, risks, controls and business impacts
- Documenting workflows, hand-offs, decision points, roles and responsibilities, including RACI models
- Working with business leaders to define meaningful KPIs and measures of success
- Coordinating activities through planning, testing, implementation and handover
- Managing your own milestones, priorities, risks, issues and stakeholder follow-ups

What will make you successful You are an experienced Business Analyst with strong business process and stakeholder engagement skills.

You will also bring

- Demonstrated experience delivering business or process improvement initiatives
- Strong current-state, future-state, gap-analysis and process-mapping capability
- Confidence working with operational teams, subject matter experts and senior stakeholders
- The ability to facilitate productive conversations and reconcile different perspectives
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and commercial judgement
- The initiative to manage your own work and keep stakeholders moving
- The ability to explain, validate and confidently stand behind your analysis

Experience within health, government or the not-for-profit sector may be useful, but it is not essential. Likewise, you do not need to be a technical specialist.
