What We're Looking For

Proven Business Experience

You have personally led, owned, or managed a business and understand the realities of driving growth.

Ideally, you've built and operated your own business, navigating the challenges, setbacks, and successes that come with entrepreneurship. Alternatively, you've held senior leadership responsibility within a larger organisation, managing a P&L; and making decisions that directly impacted business performance.

Most importantly, you've been accountable for results and understand the pressures, opportunities, and responsibilities business owners face every day.

You respect the courage it takes to build a business and can genuinely relate to the emotional and practical challenges that come with entrepreneurship.

Client-First Mindset

This role is about the client's success, not your own achievements.

While your business experience provides valuable insight, your focus is on helping clients achieve their goals. You are humble, service-oriented, and motivated by seeing others succeed. You understand that great coaching is about asking the right questions, creating accountability, and facilitating transformation rather than being the smartest person in the room.

Willingness to Travel

This position involves travel throughout Australia.

You can expect approximately 12-15 trips per year for client workshops, team meetings, and company events, primarily on the Sunshine Coast. Travel is generally during weekdays, with occasional weekend commitments for client events.

As part of your onboarding and training, you will spend approximately 6-8 weeks (non-consecutively) at our Sunshine Coast Head Office during your first year.

The Chance

As a Business Coach, you will work directly with business owners to help them build stronger businesses, become more effective leaders, and achieve their strategic objectives.

You will guide clients through growth challenges, provide accountability, facilitate behavioural and mindset shifts, and help implement practical strategies that drive measurable results.

This role is ideal for an experienced business leader who wants to leverage their expertise to make a meaningful difference in the lives of entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-impact one-on-one coaching to business owners.
- Help clients define clear business and personal goals.
- Develop practical, measurable action plans that drive results.
- Provide guidance across leadership, management, sales, marketing, operations, financial performance, and business strategy.
- Challenge assumptions and help clients overcome obstacles.
- Hold clients accountable for implementation and outcomes.
- Analyse business performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
- Facilitate mindset and leadership development.
- Connect clients with relevant resources, networks, and opportunities.




- Support clients in creating sustainable success across both business and personal life.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

- Proven success as a business owner, senior business leader, or business coach.
- Strong commercial acumen and business management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, mentor, and develop others.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
- High levels of emotional intelligence, empathy, and professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel.

Desirable

- Formal coaching accreditation or certification.
- Experience working with SME owners and entrepreneurs.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, coaching, or advisory environments.
