HCPA is looking for a Business Consultant – Compliance & Technology to work with clients across NDIS, Aged Care, Healthcare, Community Services and other regulated industries .

This is a client-facing consulting role combining compliance, audit readiness, operational improvement and technology. You'll help clients identify gaps, improve processes and implement Audit Pilot , HCPA's regulatory technology platform.

What you'll do

- Understand clients' compliance, operational and audit-readiness needs
- Identify gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement
- Translate requirements into practical actions and solutions
- Support Audit Pilot implementation, onboarding and adoption
- Conduct client meetings, workshops and consultations
- Track corrective actions and requirements through to resolution
- Build trusted client relationships and support ongoing adoption
- Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to improve the product and client experience
- Identify opportunities for additional HCPA solutions where they provide genuine value
- Maintain accurate CRM and client records

What we're looking for We're looking for someone with client advisory experience and practical knowledge of audit, compliance, quality or regulated environments, who is also comfortable working with technology.

You may come from:

- Quality, compliance, risk or audit
- NDIS or Aged Care audit / accreditation
- Business consulting or advisory




- Customer success or professional services
- SaaS implementation or client onboarding
- Operations or continuous improvement
- Governance or regulatory compliance

You'll ideally have:

- Experience working with clients and senior stakeholders
- Practical knowledge of audit, compliance or quality requirements
- Experience identifying gaps and supporting improvements or corrective actions
- Experience using SaaS, compliance, audit, quality or other technology platforms
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technology
- Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in NDIS, Aged Care, Healthcare, Community Services or another regulated sector is highly desirable
