We're looking for ambitious, confident and motivated people to join our Sydney CBD team as Business Development Associates.

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for people who want to build a career in sales but don't necessarily have previous B2B experience.

You'll receive structured training from your first day, learn directly from experienced sales professionals and develop the skills required to progress into a full sales role.

What You'll Learn

Your Day-to-Day Role You'll help our commercial team identify and engage potential clients.

This will involve

- Researching businesses and decision-makers
- Building prospect lists
- Making outbound calls
- Sending targeted emails
- Connecting with prospects through LinkedIn
- Introducing our business and opportunities
- Asking questions and identifying potential needs
- Qualifying prospective clients
- Booking meetings for senior sales team members
- Following up with prospects
- Recording activity in our CRM




- Working towards daily and weekly activity goals
- Learning from coaching and feedback
