We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Commercial team. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you'll play an important role in growing the Healthworks brand by developing client relationships, preparing tailored proposals and helping organisations implement meaningful health and wellbeing initiatives.

About the role

This is a relationship-focused role that combines proposal development, client engagement and business growth. Working closely with our Sales, Marketing and Operations teams, you'll help organisations understand the value of proactive workplace wellbeing programs and develop solutions that align with their workforce needs and wellbeing objectives.

How you'll make an impact

- Develop high-quality proposals, presentations and client submissions
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients




- Identify opportunities to expand Healthworks services across new and existing accounts
- Support clients in designing workplace health and wellbeing programs that meet their objectives
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns, events and lead generation activities
- Coordinate enquiries and support the conversion of opportunities into programs
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity within HubSpot
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery

About you

- Client services
- Proposal coordination or business development support

You'll be someone who enjoys building relationships, creating professional client proposals and helping organisations improve the wellbeing of their people.
