About the role An experienced Business Manager role on a part-time, fully remote basis. This role is central to ensuring the organisation operates efficiently, ethically, and in full compliance with NDIS and/or aged care regulatory standards. You'll bring strong business acumen alongside sector-specific knowledge to help maintain the highest standards of quality and governance.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and budgets

- Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and timely resolution of findings

- Monitor and maintain compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and/or Aged Care Quality Standards

- Develop, review, and update policies and procedures to reflect current regulatory requirements

- Identify compliance risks and implement corrective action plans

- Liaise with regulatory bodies, auditors, and quality assessors as required

- Support reporting obligations (e.g., NDIS Commission reporting, incident management, complaints handling)

- Contribute to strategic planning and business growth initiatives

About you





- Proven experience in a business management role, ideally within NDIS, disability services, or aged care

- Strong working knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and/or Aged Care Quality Standards

- Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating audits (internal and/or external)

- Solid understanding of compliance frameworks, risk management, and governance

- Excellent organisational and communication skills

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
