- Previous experience in managing a successful Finance & Insurance Department in the Automotive industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Track record of solid sales performance
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with our customers, sales teams, management, Finance and Insurance companies
- Sound reporting and analytical ability
- A excellent attitude and work ethic
