Reporting to the General Manager of QLD you will be responsible for driving the commercial growth and profitability of the depot by expanding lubricant sales, increasing local fuel delivery volumes, and developing strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive growth in Castrol lubricant and bulk fuel sales by developing opportunities with existing and new customers
- Build and maintain key customer relationships while managing sales performance, pricing, gross margins, profitability, and the progression of commercial opportunities.
- Work closely with depot operations to align customer growth with service capability, ensuring efficient use of inventory, fleet and working capital
- Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring all customer and depot activities comply with HSSE requirements, company procedures and regulatory obligations, with safety, compliance and service reliability underpinning all business activities.

Essential Skills and Experience

- Leadership experience in an operational, distribution, logistics, depot or comparable business environment.
- Customer management and business development capability,



with the judgement to prioritise local sales activity alongside operational responsibilities.
- Strong safety leadership and working knowledge of operational compliance, risk management and relevant regulatory obligations.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret financial results, manage budgets and act on performance variances.
- Ability to build productive relationships, influence stakeholders and resolve customer, people and operational issues.
- Knowledge of fuels and lubricants products and markets in Australia is desirable.
