- Package up to $166,549 pa. Package includes salary range ($133,348 pa to $146,945 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
- Hybrid work from our office in Greenacre and remotely.
About the role: Coordinate and oversee business support, governance, reporting, project and administrative services across the Community Safety Directorate to support operational effectiveness, business improvement and the achievement of Directorate priorities.
About you:
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Experience coordinating business operations, governance activities and business improvement initiatives within a complex organisation, including managing competing priorities, supporting managers and delivering quality outcomes.
- Experience undertaking research and analysis, and preparing reports, briefing materials and recommendations to support informed decision-making, operational performance and stakeholder engagement.
Essential Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in business management, administration, or a related field or equivalent professional experience in managing business operations and support services.
