About the Role

Reporting to the Business Solutions Manager, our (Casual) Business Solutions Specialists are responsible for supporting the delivery of business solutions by conducting research, analysing data, and developing recommendations for clients.

You will work within multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions for our clients both in Australia and abroad (and including on Disrupt software projects!) that solve business challenges, informed by research and analysis.

You will also contribute to maintaining strong client relationships through the execution of simple, effective, value-driven solutions, while ensuring a high level of excellence.

Key Accountabilities

- Understand the client mindset, agenda and overall business priorities.




- Collect, clean and analyse data from multiple sources to uncover insights and inform recommendations.
- Support project teams to deliver reports, presentations and recommendations through the Disrupt 3D Model (Discover, Design, Deliver) ways of working.
- Manage and prioritise tasks to meet project timelines.
- Proactively identify, manage and escalate risks.
- Adopt an agile, cutting-edge and adaptive approach to solving problems.
- Develop original solutions with the wider team, working with different functions to bring our solutions to life and deliver quality work for our clients and our business.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline (current students are also encouraged to apply)
- Advanced Excel skills and experience cleaning, transforming and analysing data using tools such as Power Query, Power BI, SQL or similar
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
