Your Opportunity
Support the business to ensure the timely and accurate examination, lodgment, and registration of property transaction dealings in NSW. Support the redirection of dealings that require further investigation or guidance, and return unacceptable dealings to clients with a clear explanation of the necessary corrections. Support subscriber compliance activities and deliver high quality assistance to both professional and private customers.
Support, monitor and resolve ELNO related incidents, investigate system errors, and address defects arising from system releases. Additionally, respond to eConveyancing enquiries by providing accurate information to external stakeholders and directing them to relevant announcements.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide support and coordinate the monitoring and resolution of incidents affecting eConveyancing systems by working closely with internal teams and external service providers.
- Assess ownership and other land interests to inform decision-making and ensure integrity in land titling.
- Examine and process electronic dealings to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and standards.
- Support effective customer and stakeholder engagement in a rapid paced and evolving service environment.
- Assist in documenting and specifying business and functional requirements to support the successful delivery of operational and project initiatives.
- Contribute to the delivery of high quality customer service, through supporting customers with Dealing Registration Services practices, procedures, products and services enquiries.
- Produce accurate and timely statistical reporting to inform internal operations and meet external stakeholders obligations.
- Participate in the achievement of planned business outcomes by contributing ideas for improving work practices and systems, consistent with the organisation’s goal to achieve a high standard or quality in Dealing processes, products and services.
- Participate in image audits to support the quality assurance process and ensure the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of the registry records.
About You Desired Skills and Experience To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to use mathematical techniques with a problem solving mindset to develop solution focussed strategies to solve our customer needs and requirements
- Computer and digital literacy skills (proficient in MS Office Suite)
- Ability to manage conflicting deadlines with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to the changing operational services as part of the digital transformation of NSW conveyancing services
- Ability to provide high standard customer service to private and professional customers
- Willingness to undertake the prescribed course of study (if applicable)
- Motivated and passionate to learn new skills and knowledge
- Sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information
- Effective interpersonal skills to engage confidently with stakeholders at various levels
