We are seeking a proactive and solutions-focused Technology Specialist to support and enhance Luma's business systems, applications and technology environment.
This role is responsible for the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of organisational systems, including Salesforce, Microsoft 365 and other business applications. Working closely with staff, managers, vendors and external providers, you will help ensure our systems remain secure, reliable and fit for purpose while identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service delivery.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Technology Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the organisation's technology environment and ensuring staff have access to efficient, secure and effective systems.
You will work collaboratively across the organisation to administer business systems, manage user access and permissions, support onboarding and offboarding processes, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and organisational effectiveness through technology, automation and innovation
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Administer, maintain and optimise organisational business systems to ensure they remain secure, reliable and aligned with business needs.
· Manage user access, permissions, licences and role-based security, including coordinating onboarding, role changes and offboarding activities.
· Provide technical support, guidance and training to staff,
promoting consistent and effective use of organisational systems and applications.
· Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to understand operational requirements and identify opportunities for system, process and service delivery improvements.
· Design, enhance and maintain assessments, forms, workflows, approvals and business processes within organisational systems.
· Translate business requirements into system enhancements and coordinate implementation with software vendors and external service providers.
· Maintain system documentation, process maps, registers and administration procedures, ensuring compliance, reporting and governance requirements are met.
· Identify and implement opportunities to streamline, automate and improve organisational processes through technology, AI and emerging digital solutions.
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly organised and solutions-focused technology professional who enjoys helping people get the most from technology. You have strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for improving business processes and systems.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
· Demonstrated experience administering and supporting enterprise business systems, CRM platforms and cloud applications, preferably including Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
· Demonstrated experience managing identity and access management, including user provisioning, permissions,
security groups, role-based access controls and licence administration across multiple systems.
· Experience documenting business processes, workflows, system interactions and organisational technology environments.
· Demonstrated ability to identify and implement business system improvements that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
· Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into system enhancements and working effectively with software vendors and external IT providers.
· Demonstrated experience delivering user training, onboarding programs, user guides and support resources.
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
