Global Cyber Security company seeks a skilled Software Test Engineer (SDET) with excellent C++ skills. Will work on advanced API and Back-End Automated Testing initiatives. 1 year Renewable Contract. Must have top coding skills. $800 Daily. 1 year assignment. Mostly WFH. Must be based in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop and execute feature test, end to end test, and regression tests for API and Back-End Automation using C++/Linux. .
- Maintain automation testing framework; Integrate automation test into CI/CD pipelines and monitor daily regression test result.
- Log, track and verify software defects; reproduce issues and validate fixes.
- Collaborate with QA , Devs and PO to develop test strategies and plans.
- Execute deployment test, compatibility test and failover test according to product rollouts.
- Develop test scripts to run 2h/48h performance test periodically.




- Monitor and test in production during rollout.

Required Skills/Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT.
- Strong understanding of testing principles and practices.
- Rich experience in Back-End coding in Linux/C++.
- Experience in software development and strong understanding of SDLC.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong experience with Agile development methodologies and JIRA, Confluence
- Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline in Jenkins, Git.
