Duties and responsibilities:
- Preparing quality coffee and hot beverages
- Providing friendly and productive guest service
- Preparing grab-and-go breakfast and food items
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming café
- Restocking café supplies and food items
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Opening and closing the café
- Maintaining high presentation standards
- Creating a great start to the day for our guests
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in a café, hospitality or customer service environment
- Confident making quality coffee
- Friendly, approachable and guest-focused
- Reliable and punctual
- Fast and efficient while maintaining quality
- Well-presented and organised
- Comfortable working independently
- Available to work weekends and public holidays
- Passionate about hospitality and creating great guest experiences
