My Kind of Food, located at Joondalup Health Campus, Joondalup, is looking for an experienced and reliable café professional to join our team as a Café Supervisor.
The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operation of the café, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food, coffee and cleanliness.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervising café staff and daily operations
- Providing friendly and effective customer service
- Supporting staff during busy periods
- Ensuring food and coffee quality is maintained
- Managing opening and closing procedures
- Monitoring stock and assisting with ordering
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Ensuring the café operates efficiently and professionally
About you:
- Previous café or hospitality experience (Minimum 3 years as a Barista)
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual and well organized
- Able to lead and motivate a small team
- Food Safety Supervisor certificate would be an advantage
Location: Joondalup Health Campus, Joondalup
Pay: $34.00 – $35.00 per hour
