About the role

Join the Candidate Care Unit within Community and Oral Health and play an important role in delivering a positive recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers. This position supports the coordination of recruitment, selection and appointment activities across a diverse workforce, helping services attract and onboard talented professionals who contribute to exceptional patient care and community outcomes.

Working closely with the Candidate Care Coordinator and hiring teams, you will provide administrative and operational support across the recruitment lifecycle. From coordinating interviews and maintaining recruitment records through to stakeholder communication and system administration, you will help ensure recruitment processes are effective, professional and compliant while contributing to a high-performing and customer-focused team.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with Metro North Health's values:

- Provide high-quality administrative and coordination support across recruitment, selection and appointment processes while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism.
- Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate communication, document preparation, record management and recruitment system updates.
- Deliver responsive customer service to candidates, panel members and hiring managers, supporting a positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders.




- Maintain accurate data entry, recruitment records and reporting information while ensuring compliance with established procedures and recordkeeping requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the effective operation of the Candidate Care Unit through teamwork, initiative and attention to detail.
