About the role

Crash Test Collision is looking for a Car Cleaner / Detailer to join our busy smash repair team in Morley. You don't need years of experience — experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. What we're really looking for is someone who is reliable, takes pride in their work and has a can-do attitude.

Key responsibilities

- Cleaning and detailing vehicles after repairs

- Interior and exterior vehicle cleaning

- Getting vehicles looking their best before customer collection

- Maintaining a clean and organised work area

- Working alongside our repair team to help keep vehicles moving through the workshop

- Taking pride in delivering a high-quality finish

About you

- A positive, can-do attitude

- Reliable, punctual and hardworking

- Good attention to detail





- Someone who takes pride in their work

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Previous car cleaning/detailing experience is a bonus, but not essential

- Willingness to learn and follow training
