Full-Time Position

XTOUR Caravans is looking for a hands-on Caravan Fit-Out & Finishing Technician to join our production team in Campbellfield.

This is a varied role covering both internal fit-out and external finishing of our caravans. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail and is confident using hand and power tools.

What you'll be doing

- Installing upholstery, mattresses, tables, cabinetry and other internal components
- Fitting internal and external accessories
- Installing air conditioners, windows, awnings, steps, spare wheels, toolboxes and access doors
- Installing angle capping and external finishing components
- Sealing and caulking throughout the caravan to a high standard
- General cabin finishing, detailing and cleaning
- Checking your work for fit, finish and presentation before completion
- Working with the production team to keep builds moving efficiently

What we're looking for
- Experience in caravan manufacturing, RVs, automotive, construction,



cabinetry or a similar hands-on trade setting is highly regarded
- Strong sealing and caulking skills are essential
- Confident using hand and power tools
- Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, practical and willing to work across different areas of the build
- Able to maintain a high standard of finish in a fast-paced production environment
