With more than 20 years of experience serving Greater Brisbane, Logan Heart Centre is a well-established private cardiology practice operating across multiple locations.

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Cardiac Physiologist to join our diagnostic team on a casual basis. There is scope for the position to develop into an enhanced role during 2027 as an additional cardiologist joins the practice.

About the role

You will perform a range of non-invasive cardiac investigations, including:

- Resting 12-lead electrocardiograms
- Ambulatory Holter monitoring
- Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring
- Exercise stress testing
- Assisting with stress echocardiograms, including patient preparation and ECG and blood pressure monitoring throughout the test

Experience in ECG acquisition and interpretation and exercise stress testing is essential. Experience in Holter monitor analysis will be highly regarded.

About you

You will have

- An undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Science, Exercise Physiology, Human Movement Studies or a related discipline, or be a final-year student completing your final clinical placement
- At least 240 hours of clinical placement within a cardiac diagnostic testing environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills




- The ability to work confidently both independently and within a cooperative team
- A proactive and adaptable approach to workflow and patient care
- A current driver’s licence and reliable transport, as travel between our Logan, Greenslopes and Cleveland locations may be required
