About the role
This role is all about making life better for our residents from helping with everyday tasks and sharing a meal, to having a laugh, lending a hand and creating moments that matter. You’ll help create a warm, welcoming home where everyone feels valued, respected and connected. By being caring, attentive and tuned in to what each person needs, you’ll help residents make their own choices, stay independent and enjoy life their way!
About you
With a positive and genuine approach, you’ll love to help older people live well, enjoy building relationships, communicating openly and creating a warm, welcoming workplace for both residents and your team.
Your key experience will include:
- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, ideally with medication competency
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- A commitment to safety
- National Police Clearance (issued within the last six months)
