The Role An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Aged Care leader to join their team in a pivotal role.

Reporting directly to the Facility Manager, your core focus will be on ensuring and improving residents' health and wellbeing. This will include:

- Working directly with residents, understanding their individual needs and delivering tailored care and support
- Developing and implementing clinical care initiatives and programs to optimise residents' lives
- Leading, motivating and upskilling your team of carers and nurses
- Managing compliance, reporting and other administrative requirements

What You'll Need:In order to succeed in this role, you'll have exceptional clinical skills and knowledge, with proven ability to lead and optimise clinical care delivery. Additionally, you'll have:





- Current AHPRA registration as a Div.1 Registered Nurse
- 3+ years' clinical leadership experience within an aged care setting or similar, in Australia
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a high performing care workforce
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong focus on compliance and quality
- Sound administration skills, coupled with solid commercial and financial acumen
