AllCare GC is a registered NDIS and Associated Aged Care provider offering in-home support and social activities for people with disabilities and older Australians.

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team across Queensland and Northern NSW.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for Support Workers who can assist with a variety of casual and part-time shifts based on client needs and your availability. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone seeking adaptable work while making a meaningful difference in the community.

Your responsibilities will include

- Providing high-quality respite care and support in clients' homes
- Assisting with personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Offering companionship and social engagement
- Supporting community access, including outings and recreational activities
- Assisting with meal preparation and light household duties
- Performing light domestic tasks and grocery shopping

ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will need:





- Experience supporting individuals living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease (or a willingness to be trained/certified)
- Experience in aged care, home care, community care, or disability support
- A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability, or equivalent) is desirable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or a willingness to obtain one)
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check (or a willingness to obtain)
- A current driver's license, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive insurance - Current COVID-19 vaccinations (minimum two doses)
