Azzurra One Enterprise is an established travel-retail promotions and brand activation business operating across Australia and New Zealand. We work with premium global brands and provide trained Brand Ambassadors focused on customer experience, brand storytelling and sales execution.
About the role
We’re looking for confident and reliable Casual Brand Ambassadors to support premium retail and brand activation activity at Melbourne Airport.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will:
- Engage customers and deliver outstanding customer service
- Represent premium brands professionally
- Use product knowledge and brand storytelling to support sales
- Identify customer needs, upsell and recommend suitable products
- Work towards sales targets and KPIs
- Support promotional activations and tastings where required
- Maintain strong grooming and presentation standards
- Provide practical customer and floor feedback to the Azzurra team
What we’re looking for
- Previous retail, sales, luxury, liquor, beauty, hospitality or customer-service experience
- Confident communication and customer engagement skills
- Results-driven approach with the ability to work towards targets
- Professional grooming and presentation
- Reliable transport to Melbourne Airport
- Available for casual shifts of up to 24 hours per week, including early mornings,
evenings and weekends where required
- Valid Australian work rights
- Valid ASIC, or willingness and eligibility to obtain one before commencement
- RSA may be required depending on placement
- Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, Korean or Vietnamese language skills are highly regarded

Pay: From $34.76 per hour
