About the Role

We are seeking to add more Casual AV technicians to our roster. This position requires flexibility, robust technical expertise, and a customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities

- Deliver, set up, and pack down AV equipment at a range of venues from the Gold Coast, down to Byron Bay.
- Test, connect, and troubleshoot both in-built and portable AV systems
- Operate AV equipment for live and virtual events to ensure seamless delivery
- Provide immediate assistance to venue staff with basic AV troubleshooting




- Maintain our standard of outstanding customer service for all clients and venue partners
- Participate in ongoing training and upskilling for professional growth

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in corporate AV operations.
- Strong technical knowledge across audio, video, and conferencing equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport (essential)

Pay: $30.00 – $60.00 per hour
