Job Description
NRMA Parks & Resorts is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent for Murramarang Beachfront Holiday Resort.
As the face of the park, you'll welcome guests from first booking to farewell, helping them settle in and enjoy a memorable coastal stay.
This casual role offers * hours per week with a seven‐day roster; weekend and public holiday availability is required.
You'll handle bookings, check‐ins/outs, inquiries, and collaborate with teams to ensure every stay is smooth and guest experiences
