We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Coaching Zone Coach to join our fitness team. This role is perfect for someone with a Certificate III in Fitness who loves coaching people in a supportive, high-energy environment and wants to gain hands-on experience working with a wide range of members.

About the Role

As a Coaching Zone Coach, you’ll be delivering small group personal training-style classes designed to improve strength, fitness, and overall performance. Classes run for 45–55 minutes and include:

- Exercise demonstrations
- Warm-ups and cool-downs
- Strength-based and conditioning-based sessions

You’ll be coaching beginners through to experienced members, providing motivation, guidance, and technique correction to help everyone get the most out of their training.

- Deliver engaging and well-structured Coaching Zone classes
- Coach and motivate members of varying fitness levels
- Ensure correct technique and safe training practices
- Create a positive, inclusive, and hard-working training atmosphere




- Represent the gym professionally and enthusiastically

What We’re Looking For

- Certificate III in Fitness (required)
- Confident coaching and communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to coach both strength and conditioning sessions
- Passion for helping people improve their fitness
